Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by Vorvano LLC (“Vorvano,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products.

Description of Services

Vorvano designs, develops, and distributes mobile applications through the Apple App Store. Our applications are provided as-is for personal use. Specific features and functionality may vary by application and are described on each app's respective listing.

Use of Services

You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our applications for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our applications.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our applications.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on our applications.
• Use our applications in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent our applications to any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Vorvano applications and the vorvano.com website are the exclusive property of Vorvano LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our applications will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vorvano LLC, its officers, members, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our applications.
• Any conduct or content of any third party related to our applications.
• Any content obtained from our applications.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data stored locally on your device.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our applications shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

App Store Terms

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of our applications is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to your use of the App Store.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Vorvano LLC only, and not with Apple. Vorvano LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for our applications and the content thereof.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our applications will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vorvano LLC regarding the use of our applications and supersede any prior agreements.
